Ek Pahila

We are pleased to present the training we have funded and organized in Shree Mahakali Secondary School in Simle, Dhading, Nepal. We believe that teachers need to be provided the right tools and taught proper methods of teaching to improve the quality of education in classrooms. This 3-day training, from March 15 to 17, 2018 allowed 26 teachers to share and discuss on various teaching methods. We warmly thank our donors for their support and we wish the best to the teachers! About the training's programme We are glad to present you the 3rd leadership programme which took place at the Shree Adarsha Secondary School in Tarsapu, located in the Dhadhing district, from 11th to 13 th of August, 2017. This training benefited all the members of the school committee, the teachers, the principal and students, for a total of 23 people. Following the successful training program held last January at the Dhola School, we decided to set up once again a new training for the Saraswati School, which Association Ek Pahila had supported in 2014. This training program took place from 10 to 12 April 2017 with the participation of 22 members (teachers, director and members of the school management committee). This three-day training aims to identify the weaknesses and strengths of the school in order to develop a strategy for the medium and long term.
