We are pleased to present the training we have funded and organized in Shree Mahakali Secondary School in Simle, Dhading, Nepal. We believe that teachers need to be provided the right tools and taught proper methods of teaching to improve the quality of education in classrooms. About the training's programme We are glad to present you the 3rd leadership programme which took place at the Shree Adarsha Secondary School in Tarsapu, located in the Dhadhing district, from 11th to 13 th of August, 2017. This training benefited all the members of the school committee, the teachers, the principal and students, for a total of 23 people. Association Ek Pahila has launched a training program for the first time. This was a first attempt, a pilot project that was conducted at Shree Kalika School in Dhola. This three-day training program targeted teachers, school committee members and the principal. This training called "Leadership program" aims at developing a medium and long-term strategy for the school.
